We are Moshiki. A fashion label that has been bringing color to our wonderful world since 2007. Based in Munich, we work with a small team of creative dreamers and practical thinkers to achieve our goal: affordable, yet fairly produced clothing and accessories! Our focus is on the production of knitwear, women's clothing, and the Hot Cookie skirts for which we are widely known. From the very beginning, we have worked closely with our dedicated producers in Nepal, Thailand, and India . Their well-being is important to us, and we visit them regularly on-site. These are the principles we follow:
Out of conviction
We stand FOR SLOW FASHION
We deliberately work with only two collections per year, spring/summer and fall/winter . The transitions are almost seamless, but why did we choose such a conservative production approach? The reason is simple: we can't identify with the strategies of the major fashion companies and brands.
Fast fashion and real-time fashion constantly push new collections onto the market. The problem is that production is so rapid and so large that high levels of overproduction are unavoidable. To make this overproduction profitable, production must be correspondingly inexpensive, thus closing the circle. Millions of items of clothing are thrown away every year, either briefly or unworn, as a result of these strategies.
We don't want to support this overproduction , nor do we want to place a strain on our producers and employees. You can be proud to wear a product that has been given the greatest possible consideration to the environment and employees throughout its entire production process. We want our producers and employees to feel comfortable at work and value long-term employment relationships!

Important aspects that we attach great importance to:
- Our hot cookies are produced in companies whose employees we have known personally for a long time .
- Our Hot Cookies and Side Pockets are made exclusively with nickel-free buttons.
- The payment of fair wages .
In addition, we are regularly on-site to ensure fair working conditions and to support our employees in perfectly implementing our unique designs .

100% Museling-free
We are pleased that:
- Almost all of our knitted goods are handmade . Only a few are made with a hand-operated knitting machine.
- We employ almost exclusively women to make our knitted hats, headbands, and gloves. This provides them with a safe and fair workplace.
- We do not use wool from Merino sheep because we oppose the unethical practice of mulesing. This allows us to guarantee that our wool is 100% mulesing-free .

In our production we always pay attention to the following points:
- Close cooperation and personal contact.
- To ensure that fair working conditions are maintained, we regularly visit the site.

- We mainly use GOTS-certified cotton.
