Once you have completed your order and the payment process has been completed, the logistics process begins immediately.
Typically, your package will be handed over to DHL on the same or next business day. Orders received on Saturdays or Sundays will be handed over to DHL the following Monday.

Delivery within Germany usually takes 1-3 days.

Shipments to other EU countries take approximately 3-8 working days.

Outside the EU, delivery times may be extended due to customs controls, mode of transport and, of course, distance.

As soon as we register your order with DHL, you will be immediately informed about the shipment and will receive a unique tracking number. Using this number, you can easily track the package and always know when it will arrive.

Delivery / Shipping costs Germany

  • Shipping: 4.99 EUR
  • Free shipping for orders over 75 EUR
  • Free return within 30 days

Important instructions:
If the value of the goods falls below EUR 75.00 after return, the original shipping costs of EUR 4.99 will be charged and deducted from the refund amount.

If individual items are returned, the purchase price will be refunded excluding shipping costs.

The shipping costs per order are EUR 8.95. For shipments to non-EU countries, any additional taxes or fees (e.g., customs duties) not collected or invoiced by us will be charged directly by the relevant customs office or tax authorities. Please contact the authorities for further details.
Shipping is free for orders over 75.00 EUR.

Delivery / Shipping costs Rest of the world
The shipping costs per order are 12.95 EUR.
When shipping to non-EU countries, any additional taxes or fees (e.g., customs duties) not collected or invoiced by us will be charged directly by the relevant customs office or tax authorities. Please contact the authorities for further details.
Shipping is free for orders over 150.00 EUR.

Returns

We accept returns for a full 30 days. Why? Because it's important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. You probably know how it is – sometimes you change your mind, the size doesn't quite fit, or you simply discover something new that you really want. With us, that's no problem! We're here to support you and are happy to accept returned items. Our primary goal is to offer you a hassle-free and pleasant shopping experience. You should feel comfortable in our store and always be able to shop with a smile on your face. So, if you ever wish to return an item, don't hesitate! Our customer service is there for you and will be happy to help.

We are pleased to inform you that in principle all items - including reduced ones - can be returned within the 30-day cancellation period.

Your satisfaction is our top priority and we want to provide you with an uncomplicated shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with a reduced item, you can of course return it. Please note, however, that we will refund you the reduced purchase price and not the original price.

We recommend sending these returns insured. Unfortunately, we cannot accept postage-paid shipments.

Alternatively, you can send an email to our customer service or use our contact form on our website.

Please also specify the items you would like to return.

Once we receive your return request, we will immediately email you the necessary documentation. This documentation contains all the information you need to return the item.

However, we recognize that not all customers have the opportunity to print documents. Therefore, we also offer to send you the documents by mail. If you prefer this service, please let us know in your request that you would like to receive the documents by mail.

Our customer service is available to help you with any questions or problems. We want to make the return process as easy and convenient as possible for you.

You are welcome to come by during opening hours and simply drop off your return.

However, the refund will always be processed using the same method you used to pay.
